Laura LeHew

Widely published Laura LeHew’s current collections include: Buyer’s Remorse (Tiger’s Eye Press), Becoming (Another New Calligraphy) a non-linear discourse on alcoholism and dementia, Willingly Would I Burn (MoonPath Press), It’s Always Night, It Always Rains, (Winterhawk Press) and Beauty (Tiger’s Eye Press). Laura received her MFA from the California College of the Arts, co-hosts the reading series Poetry for the People, and edits/owns a small press Uttered Chaos. She briefly interned for CALYX, held many positions on the Oregon Poetry Association, OPA, Board including President and Contest Chair, and is currently on the steering committee of the Lane Literary Guild. Laura has been awarded 4 writing residencies:  Playa, Hypatia-in-the-Woods Soapstone, and the Montana Artists. Former girl scout Laura is obsessed with the creepy, creaky underbelly of life and whatever lies beyond.  She also owns a computer forensics consulting company. Find her here—
