Paul Lindholdt is a native Washingtonian and a professor at Eastern Washington University. He completed his undergraduate and M.A. in English at Western Washington University before receiving his Ph.D. from Penn State University. As a writer and scholar, Paul is particularly interested in the environmental humanities, and in how creative writing and culture studies nourish one another. He has been recognized by the Academy of American Poets, the Society of Professional Journalists, and the Washington Center for the Book. Paul’s newest book is entitled Making Landfall. He has recent work with the University of Washington Press, Crab Orchard Review, Kenyon Review, and Southern Review.
