Carol Dahmen’s first love was language when, as a little girl, it took her places inside and outside herself – journeys without limits. Her poems appear in different publications. She teaches English at Spokane Falls Community College and often begins class by reading a poem. Otherwise, she’s outside kayaking or meandering along trails in the forest – or inside writing, reading or crocheting. Her second love…snow.
